Proposed distribution

One supply.
Three allocations.

The contract issued an initial supply of 1,000,000,000 NESHA. The 2026 draft proposes the distribution shown here; these percentages describe the intended allocation, not current wallet balances or an allocation enforced by the token contract.

Initial supply is the amount created at deployment, rather than the circulating supply. No additional minting is available. Token holders can burn tokens, reducing total supply. The administrator can pause transfers and block or unblock addresses.

Planned utility

Participation in Nēsha.

NESHA is intended to support governance participation and access to project services. The Operational Treasury would fund development, infrastructure and ongoing operations. The Founders allocation recognizes the two founders’ founding and continuing contributions.

The Foundation Treasury would support grants, community initiatives, education, partnerships and open-source work. These uses remain proposals in the draft; access and governance mechanisms require separate implementation.

Founder vesting

A gradual release.

For the founder tokens assigned to scheduled vesting, the draft proposes a 12-month cliff followed by monthly releases over 24 months. This schedule applies only to that scheduled portion of the founder allocation. It is a proposed release policy, not a vesting mechanism built into the NESHA token contract.

Planned governance

A voice for holders.

The draft proposes token-holder voting alongside two founders and a five-member Advisory Board.

  • Voting: one NESHA, one vote, with delegation.
  • Proposals: founders and Advisory Board members may propose; other holders would need at least 5% of circulating supply.
  • Quorum: participation representing at least 30% of circulating supply.
  • Decisions: more than 50% approval for standard proposals; at least 67% for amendments.
  • Founder veto: the founders may jointly veto proposals that threaten the project's legal standing, security or core mission; the Advisory Board may override it unanimously.

Allocation, vesting and governance summarize the 2026 draft and remain subject to final adoption and implementation.
